GAIN Poetry Slam
Just in time for Pride Month, Poetry Off the Page proudly announces the GAIN Poetry Slam, which we are co-organising in Vienna – it takes place on 29th June at 6 o’clock on the University of Vienna Campus Altes AKH. There will also be a slam workshop on 13 June to prepare aspiring poets for the event.
Taking the Mic: Call for Papers
The Call for Papers for our first project conference “Taking the Mic: Black British Spoken Word Poetry Since 1965” has been published!

Open Letter to Goldsmiths University of London
The PoP team has written a letter in support of Goldsmiths’ Department of English & Creative Writing, and the future of literary studies and the Arts and Humanities at Goldsmiths University of London, after the college announced compulsory redundancies, targeting academics in English and History as well as administrative staff.
